Rooted in North Attleboro. Built on Kindness.
Bringing North Attleboro neighbors together to lend a helping hand when life gets difficult.

Our Mission
To bring North Attleboro neighbors together to offer short-term, practical help and thoughtful acts of kindness to individuals and families facing unexpected challenges.
Our Story
A tradition of caring. A new chapter of giving.
NorthCares grew from the North Attleboro chapter of Neighbor Brigade, established in 2011. For years, local volunteers supported neighbors through difficult times with meals, rides, errands, holiday food drives, and other acts of kindness.
When the parent organization, Neighbor Brigade, ceased operations on December 31, 2024, its local chapters closed. But the desire to care for our North Attleboro neighbors remained.
NorthCares carries that spirit forward with a new name and the same belief that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. We’re grateful to the volunteers and families who shaped this journey, and we look forward to welcoming more neighbors into it.
Together Through Every Challenge.
Small Acts. Big Impact.
Sometimes, the smallest gestures make the biggest difference. Whether it’s a warm meal, help with an everyday errand, a ride to an essential appointment, or simply a thoughtful act of kindness, NorthCares brings neighbors together to offer practical support during life’s unexpected challenges. Every helping hand matters, and every act of kindness helps make our North Attleboro community stronger.
