Who Can Request Help?

NorthCares supports North Attleboro residents facing a temporary hardship or crisis, such as illness, injury, surgery, family tragedy, or another unexpected challenge. You may request help for yourself or on behalf of a family member, friend, or neighbor. If requesting for someone else, please tell us your relationship to them and whether they know about the request.

How Can We Help?

Depending on volunteer availability and the circumstances, assistance may include:

  • Meal preparation or delivery
  • Grocery pickup and simple errands
  • Rides to essential appointments, when available
  • Short-term pet care
  • Light yard work, such as raking leaves or simple seasonal cleanup
  • Other small acts of kindness

What Happens Next?

Complete the request form below with a brief description of the practical help needed and your preferred contact method. Our Community Coordinator will follow up to discuss the request and what support may be possible. The type, frequency, and duration of help are considered individually; assistance cannot be guaranteed.

We respect your privacy. Please share only what’s needed to coordinate help, and do not include diagnoses, medical records, financial account details, or other sensitive information. NorthCares is a volunteer initiative, not an emergency service or medical provider. For emergencies, call 911.
